Angelica Bengtsson

Angelica Therese Bengtsson is a Swedish track and field athlete who excels in pole vaults. She was the very first pole vault winner at the inaugural Summer Youth Olympics in Singapore 2010. Bengtsson is a gold medalist at the World Youth Championships 2009 in Athletics and her participation in the World Junior Championships 2010 in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban, born on the 4th November in Payatas (Quezon City) was born to a Filipina mother. Her birthplace was in Payatas in Quezon City on November 4 in 1986. Her mother died during 2008, at the age of 87 in Singapore while her dad is a US Navy veteran from Iowa. Her father of birth, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; that in the early 1980's was working on the U.S.S. O'Brien in the Philippines. The couple adopted her by Annabelle Panganiban while she was a baby as well as her grandparents Adolfo as well as Mila Panganiban helped to raise her. Mark Charlson, her birth father, is an ex-officio member of the U.S. Navy from Iowa in the United States. He served in the U.S.S. O'Brien, stationed in Philippines. Annabelle's Panganiban was her adoptive mother as the age of a baby and Adolfo Panganiban and Mila Panganiban cared for the girl.
